Crossover is a recruiting company that connects the top 1% of talent around the world with the best companies, while also providing seamless end-to-end remote team management. This campaign was developed for Crossover's recruiting event held in Bucharest, Romania on July 10, 2017. Using the brand's main colors of light blue, white, black, and grey, the black and white photographs show an attractive demonstration of three words that describe the company as a whole: Remote, Global, and Success, while the enlarged white text around the photos along with the backdrop of Romanian mountains make for a dramatic and eye-catching presentation.
